We have made contact with all guests who have been affected by the lockdown. If you have not received an email from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “ARRIVAL DATE DURING LOCKDOWN” in your subject line – this will help us prioritise your booking.
Please understand this is always a large task to co-ordinate – Guests who are able to, or feel it is appropriate (ie for essential work, caregiving etc) to travel are welcome to stay with us. We are unable to accept new reservations.
Those guests who are unable to travel because of the restrictions do not have to lose their deposits and accommodation fees. We are offering guests the option to accept a voucher to rebook a stay with us, anytime in the next 24 months.
We will make contact with each guest directly with the voucher and what you need to do to accept the voucher. Guests who have booked via Airbnb will be contacted by Airbnb messenger, while all other guests will be contacted by email. If we do not have your email address we will send you an SMS to request your email address.
We will send rebooking instructions to all affected guests who wish to defer their arrival by close of business Monday 15/02/2021.
We are prioritising guests who are currently affected and have a booking from Friday 12/02 through to Thursday 17/02.
For all other guests please be patient while we arrange deferrals for the currently affected guests first.
We will need to wait for any further announcements to be made before we can defer bookings arriving on or after the 18/02/2021. Should the lockdown be extended then we will make contact by email or SMS, with those affected guests to confirm their intentions to travel or defer their arrivals. Guests will be able to defer their arrival so long as they have not checked in to the property.
As we have limited staff coordinating this effort, we would very much appreciate it if all other booking enquiries can be made by email.
